Do I have to be a regular cleaning client, or can I just hire a 'one-time clean'?
Once we are able to talk about your needs and fit you into our cleaning schedule, we can provide a number of services. Our crew can provide one-time cleaning to help you with spring or fall cleaning, prepare for a graduation party or sale of your home, or provide a gift of cleaning for a new mom. You can talk to us about getting on a regular cleaning schedule.
Do you clean duct work and/or dryer vents?
No, we do not offer duct cleaning services or clean dryer vents. However, we can give a great referral to you to get this done.
Do you do windows?
We are not currently offering residential or business window washing services.
Why should I have my carpets professionally cleaned?
Having your carpets professionally cleaned will prolong the life of your carpet, reduce odors and allergens, and offer you a brighter color and cleaner room. You’ll be amazed what our powerful process will extract from your carpet; even carpets people think are meticulously clean and well vacuumed.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Once a year!
Do I need to supply cleaning supplies or do you bring them?
We bring everything needed to clean your home including cleaning supplies, dusters, and rags. We will use your vacuum, and we ask that (for sanitary reasons) you supply toilet brushes. If you have a certain product or special consideration regarding cleaning supplies, please discuss with us ahead of time.
