If you madly froze apples and garden veggies to enjoy during the winter months, that time is now! Spring and summer will be here before we know it and you don’t want to waste food or the time you spent peeling, chopping, and freezing food. Use up what is toward the bottom of your freezer and get creative. With the cold weather here, it’s a great time to bake and roast in the oven.
