This is a challenge you can do by yourself, or include each family member. Here is the declutter challenge in five easy steps.
- Find a box, laundry basket, or bag (one for each person participating)
- Set a timer for 15 minutes (you can adjust to the amount of time you’d like to do the challenge, but 15 minutes works great.
- Go around home adding items you no longer use or love, adding them to the basket until the timer goes off.
- Take the donations immediately out to your vehicle.
- Donate and get a tax receipt.
