Having lots of cables, cords, and chargers is a way of life nowadays. There’s no escaping it. But, how do you organize them?
While some people buy cord organizers and labelers, there are other ways to keep them straight. Simple twist ties or pipe cleaners will do the trick. Painters tape for those you don’t use often. Small ziploc bags is another way to keep them from tangling and provides a way to write information on the bag.
With each new computer, phone, tablet, laptop, ipod, etc we get a new set of cords and chargers. Rarely does the old one work with the new device, but what do you do with them? Don’t throw them once you determine they are no longer needed! They are recyclable. Drop all unwanted chargers, cables, cords, adapters, etc off at McLeod County Solid Waste (Household Hazardous Waste).
