Set your watch 10 minutes ahead.  You’ll have a built-in buffer for running late.  Then, to stay one time, don’t schedule appointments too close together.

You’ll discover more time for yourself.  When you’re organized, your days go as planned, and you get a lot done.  That leaves more time to indulge in a little “me” time-and who doesn’t want/need that?

Wondering how long your favorite food will stay tasty and healthy?  Check it out at www.stilltasty.com  You can search by specific food item or food category.  (Apparently, a chocolate bar is good for 10-12 months, but really, can you keep a candy bar around for that long?
