Planned your summer vacation yet?

Great vacations rarely happen without some thoughtful planning.  While not always as exciting as a spur-of-the-moment getaway, a well-thought out trip may be less likely to deliver stress and frustration.  To start the vacation planning process, compile all your trip details in a folder with pockets.  I recently tried out the Travel Organizer from Smead.  This is not only a “Made in the USA” product, but SMEAD is a Minnesota company. 

I did not really go on a vacation, but my family and I spend weekends at the lake during the summer and have recently enjoyed a 6 day retreat!

This Travel Organizer is transparent, so you can see what you have without digging.  It’s letter size, and fits easily into my laptop bag.  There is a front envelope that is perfect for holding coupons, gift cards or receipts that I needed to take with me. 

I have put it to good use and I can see where it will come in handy when planning our next family vacation this coming fall.
