Frosty Fruit

Dress up plain produce, either artificial or real with a dusting of sugar. Lightly coat fruit of your choice with spray adhesive and then roll in sugar to coat completely. Fill a footed, or glass dish with sugar and arrange the fruit on the dish for a fresh-looking, expensive, (but really frugal) centerpiece.
For a really GREEN idea, you could reuse or remake really tacky garage sale quality fruit into something really pretty again. Raid grandma’s cupboard for the plastic stuff rather than pitchin’ it.
