Raise funds, not mess

I groan each time my daughter brings home a fundraising catalog or when the neighbors start ringing the door bell soon after school is in session. Most of the items are over priced and I really couldn’t find anything that I needed. I had a lightbulb moment last year when somebody rang the doorbell. I made a straight donation without buying anything.
