Grilling?

We spend our summer weekends at the lake and do a lot of grilling.  I don’t want to bring a lot of things with me as I don’t have room for all kinds of spices and seasonings.  This is the only rub you’ll ever need!

Sprinkle the seasoning on chicken, fish, pork or beef before grilling.  This makes about 2/3 cup and seasons about 4 lbs. of meat.)

Mix Together:

1 tsp. cumin

1 Tbsp. Chili powder

1 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. each of garlic and onion powder

1 Tbsp. paprika

1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar

1 Tbsp. kosher salt
