How do you plan weeknight meals?

1) Do you go through the refrigerator and see what you have?

2)  Do you choose what can be prepared quickly?

3)  Do you build menus around what’s nutritious and healthful?

4)  Do you plan a few days ahead?

5)  Or…….you don’t think about your evening meal until that day.
