Blinds need cleaning?

Clean Venetian or mini blinds by saturating a cloth with rubbing alcohol and wrapping it around a rubber spatula to clean both a bottom and the top slat at the same time. I’m all about multi-tasking!
How is this? Not sure I understand how you use the spatula to clean both top and bottom?? Oh, by wedging it between. bottom of one slat and top of the next one. Right?
