Here’s why it’s vital that we re-claim the family meal:
Kids who eat supper regularly with their families are 60% less likely to smoke cigarettes, 50% less likely to use drugs, and 66% less likely to drink alcohol. We have starting using the kitchen timer when we eat. We’re up to 12 minutes now!!
For positive conversation starters, I have made a jar with positive questions….what was the best thing that happened to you today? How did you help somebody else out today? What nice thing did somebody do for you?
