Tidy Tightwads has been contributing articles to the River Valley Woman magazine for the past five years. We’ve published articles on everything from getting kids more organized to downsizing in preparation for retirement. Even though we’ve enjoyed being a part of this publication that “encourages our readers to champion women to GO BE DO and CONNECT in their daily lives,” we had never met in person.
Last week, we changed that! Eileen Madsen, Editor of the magazine and I met at her studio. She gave me a tour, and we chatted about all things related to women owned businesses and the stories that need to be shared.
If you’re a woman who owns a business, lives in the southwest corner of the state, or has a story to share, you should contact Eileen. If you aren’t familiar with this magazine, you’ll enjoy the content tailored to women who live, work, and play in this part of our beautiful state. River Valley Woman is a free magazine available both online and in print at several businesses in Mankato, New Ulm and surrounding areas.
